Reverse Puberty

That's a good question, and some kids do have what they call precocious puberty which can be alarming, disturbing a problem since some kids are very very young. Lupron is one of several treatments but the first thing is to make sure there is no underlying illness that is causing it - like a pituitary gland tumor or overexposure to estrogen like compounds. Sometimes treating the primary reason for precocious puberty removes the need to reverse puberty, sometimes not.

As for stopping or reversing if you should be going through puberty - no good and ethical doctor would do such a thing. I know there was a child whose parents had her uterus, ovaries and breast tissue removed to prevent puberty but she was severely disabled and a special case.

There is a snake bite that causes reverse puberty, I don't really know alot about it, but it is definitely not without its side effects.

Well, my gyn wants to put me on something called "Lupron" to contol my endometriosis. Apparently Lupron basically puts me back to pre-pubescence, but at the same time gives me symptoms of menopause, like bone brittleness, moodiness, hot-flashes, etc. While I would love to be pre-pubescent again, I think that it is a bit radical.

I'm sorry, but thats not possible. Why wouldn't you want to grow up? I understand that puberty is a difficult stage to go through, but everyone will and has. It's not necessarily a bad thing.

Edit: Why do I get thumbs down?!?!? I don't see anything wrong with my answer! Geez...
