I really like DMac but there is now way he wins it. His last chance was the national televised game last week vs Auburn and he did terrible! He only had 43 yards! You have to shine when you are in the spotlight and he didnt. While some may say 43 yards aint a bad game....well it is if you are chasing the heisman. Besides that I dont see Arkansas winning more then 6 games this year. Although the heisman is for best player in the country I dont see the heisman going to a player from a 6-6 team.

Right now Mike Hart has a better chance the DMac. I think the front runners right now are Ryan (BC) Jackson (Cal) Hart (Mich) Brennan (Haw) McFadden (Ark) (outside chance)

Theres no way McFadden should get it over hart.. especially after his 43 yards against oh so tough Auburn.. hart's got better numbers up and down each category for the most part and has had to carry his team.. and also theres no expert in the country that would say glenn dorsey deserves the heisman.. he's hella good and the best d-lineman in the country but hes not heisman worthy.. u can't tell me 4 tackles against kentucky (no sacks) is heisman worthy and theres plenty of games like that he's played.. hes a solid, legit, and the best d-lineman, but not the best player out there at all

Woodson has to be the leader right now for sure. McFadden will be a victim of his team not having the success of a Tebow, Woodson or Ryan. If Michigan loses another game then Hart is out. Ringer's numbers have been far more impressive than Hart's. Tebow certainly has to be considered but Glenn Dorsey's chances have vanished after the past two games when he has been a non factor.

You can't compare McFadden's stats to Hart's. McFadden doesn't have anywhere near the supporting cast that Hart does.

Who will win the Heisman? Who knows? Who should win the Heisman? McFadden, Crabtree at Texas Tech, or Dorsey at LSU.

If Mike Hart stays healthy and keeps his numbers up, it will be him for sure. He is the Current Leader in rushing TD's this season and has the most rushing yards this season. Also, Michigan plays the 19 toughest schedule, and if he can do that, along with playing on a winning team, he is a lock for the heisman. Unless Mcfadden has a 500 yard game, he is not going to have the rushing title this year.

Why cant a defensive player win the heisman? Any expert will tell you right now that Glenn Dorsey is the best player in college football. If you saw the South Carolina game you would know why. He was holding back a o-lineman with one are while making the tackle with the other. Call me bias or whatever you want but he is by far the best player I have seen this year.

Hart and McFadden are both good running backs on underachieving teams. Hart gets the nod for heisman because he is a class act, team carrying, senior

Not only because I'm a Big Blue Fan, but Mike Hart will win because, he will run well against a good Illinois team, and he will will the Woverines past a #1 Ranked Buckeye team and with 2 of the biggest losses in our history still get a BCS bowl, with Hart winning the Heisman, you heard it here first. as Naruto says BELIEVE IT!

No way McFadden wins it with his horrid performance against Auburn on top of other mediocre performances.

And Hart's not even the best RB in his own state. Javon Ringer is averaging nearly 2 yards per carry better than Hart in a 2-back system. 150 fewer yards than Hart on 70 fewer carries.
