Being treated like royalty for a day, or hey why not make it everyday now that a think about it. Give her something she replenishes herself, that you know she really likes. A "consumable". Perfume is an example. Women always love gifts from Victoria's Secret fragrance collections, and from Bath & Body Works. Sleuth around, find out what her favorites are, and give her one of those. Or a set of those. Body wash, body lotion, hand cream, etc. etc.

I would say like a gift card to their fav. resturant, concert tickets, or gift card to a store they really like, then they can just go shopping or eat where they like and get something.
