Marijuana must not be legalized because it is dangerous to the health as determined by the Surgeon General.

I believe that it should be legal. Think about it, it grows wild. It's not man made. There are a lot of things that are legal that are so much more harmful to your body. Have you ever heard of a marrijuanna over dose? bet you haven't! I believe that it should to have a legal age to buy it. I just don't see what the big deal is people are going to use it and have it any ways, if it were so bad then you wouldn't be allowed to have so many grams on you and not get in trouble. The only reason that it's not legal is because the government isn't able to tax it, there for they make it illegal. I think that it's really stupid and it should be legal.

Of course it should. but who in a position of power actually logs on to forums like this, and reads the articulate arguments put forth by people who are sick and tired of being told what to do by people who think it's ok to slaughter innocents in order to steal their oil but it's not ok for people to relax and enjoy them selves any way they want.
The alcohol industry is a big backer of the marijuana prohibition, knowing if it was legal sales of alcohol would drop by about 2%
Also taxation would be an issue is it's a lot easier to cultivate marijuana than it is to cultivate say tobacco, and less labouious to cultivate than it is to make your own alcohol (and a lot less dangerous)

treat it like alcohol. That's my opinion anyway.
But there are positives and negitives for each side. Making it legal would elimaniate the black market and control it so its not laced with anything. but more people will smoke if it becomes leagal. proven.

You asked about "legality", so I'll answer about legality, not morality.
The only things that should be illegal, are those things that injure someone elses person, property or reputation.
Smoking marijuana is stupid, and I would hope nobody should be so dumb as to engage in such moronic behavior, but shouldn't be illegal.

cigarettes are way more harmfull than marijuana and they're perfectly legal...the marijuana blackmarket will disappear...no one has ever overdosed on marijuana...extensive medical applications...crime rates will drop...smoking marijuana is ia Victomless crime

the facts are it is a halluciate. you lose a little of your brain everytime you use it. talk to someone after a period of usage and they probably cant remember what day it is. keep straight dont be a putz.
