Have you ever met a person with violet eyes?
My husband and I both have blue eyes. We have three children, one of which was adopted. He has blue eyes. We have two girls that are our biological children. They both have brilliant violet eyes which we believe they inherited from great-grandparents on both my & my husband's side of the family. They've had these color eyes since birth; nothing but pure violet.
I searched eye colors on Wikipedia (sp?) but no pictures came up under violet eyes; only a description.
I was just wondering if you've ever met a person with violet eyes because I'm wondering how common/uncommon the color is.

Elizabeth Taylor has violet eyes. That being said, yes, my boss has violet eyes, and they are beautiful.

Yes I met one lady before whose eyes were actually violet. I knew another girl who had the contacts too, but not real.

did once in a bar meet a girl w/violet eyes but even tho they were contacts they were really incredible!!

I have violet eyes. :) But seriously, those kids will get NEVER STOPPING compliments everywhere! They are so beautiful they are so lucky! It is so uncommen.
