The time changes just about every minute.
If however you are asking when we turn the clocks back one hour; that would be the first Sunday of November at 2 AM

It will be November 4th this year. The reason for the time changes is not totally clear... some historians trace it from World War Two and some scientists say it saves energy to have sunlight for an hour more. Don't worry, though... the internet, our schools, our workplaces and the newspapers do a good job of
telling us when the time will change for the USA.
