I have an olive complexion, I'm slim-curvy-short, and have dark brown eyes.
How do I make myself appear slim-but-curvy? What colors should I wear, what type of shirts(modest but cute shirts)?
And which eyeshadow should I wear to compliment my eyes?

This is much easier with a picture, and a hair color.
All olive complexions, with very few exceptions, are winters.
COOL colors:
white, pinks, cherry red, maroon, coral, lemon, mint, jade, forest green, sky blue royal, smoke blue, navy, lavender, plum, gray, black, and silver [ or white gold ] jewelry.
Also, ice pink, yellow, green, blue, lavender.
Eye shadows for brown eyes:
greens
blues
purples
grays
rosy beige or rosy brown
Accent shadows:
white
pink
silver
Also, look for flecks of color in the iris your eyes - those shades always look good!
Short figures always have to wear clothes in proper proportion - shoulders, arm length, crotch rise, inseam should all be perfect.
No oversize clothes, or oversize prints.
Tops should end between hipbone, and wrist.
Slightly low rise jeans and pants, straight or slight bootcut ; no pleats or cuffs.
skirts should be Aline or pencil, and end at mid knee.
Peep toes, pointy toes, and heels make legs look longer, no ankle straps.

if you're short/curvy, then def wear long flared jeans (i like rock and republic) to make your legs look slim and long. Make sure the jeans SKIM your thighs, not hug them, this will only accentuate how short and curvy you are. For tops, wear them longest at hip length, anything longer, you will drown yourself out. Eyeshadows like forest colors will really light up and bring out your olive skin tone. (Warm browns, dark beiges, sparkly greens, rich chocolates, etc) Also try bronzer and dark eyeliner. Also, Bobbi Brown cosmetics and Mac, makes great colors for your skin type. Hope this helps!

You could try empire waisted dresses/ shirts and a olive green and gold eyeshadow would go good with your complection but not like lime green like a dark-ish olive.

I would have to say maybe for clothes colors like dark reds or yellows..Idk why but yellow brings your complextion really good. No matter what kind of complextion you have. And for the eyes colors maybe beige's,blacks,or browns. Well I hope this helps! Good-luck!

Don't wear pants that are too deep and expose the crotch, enjoy sweaters but don't wear them if they look frumpy.Try twinsets and button up shirts and ballerina flats.
