For the psp, how far can you be from the wireless router to the psp to connect to the internet.
What I mean is that the nearest wireless router(the one I know of) is at school(and the wireless router is big) and from my house to it is about 2 miles away. Will it work?

It depends on ur routers signal; how strong it is. A normal router signal ges up to 60-100 yards. Yes it is possible for some routers to send signals up to 1 mile, check this one out http://www.geek.com/mini-review-parkervision-signalmax-wr1500-4-port-wireless-router/. There are prlly more powerful ones. But i dont think that a school would use those kinds of routers.

The standard for a home router is about 150 feet. A commercial access point has about a 300 foot signal. It is unlikely that you will be able to connect to a school router form 2 miles away. And if you can, you should not as connecting to someone else's network (especially a commercial one) is a crime that can land you in jail.

It depends on the router your connecting to. The PSP itself does not have a particular radius.

Regular school routers do not have a very big radius, and very few have one of 2 miles. Hell, I don't even know if those exists.

Nope. The maximum range for a wireless router is 100 meters under optimal conditions. You're way outside that.
