What is the shift pattern on a 1977 MG Midget?

Just looked at one with my son today and couldn't find the reverse gear. Anyone know the shift pattern for a 1500 cc 1977 MG????

1ST UP, 2ND DWN (LOGICAL), 3RD RGT TO UP, 4TH RGT TO DWN. REVERSE IS LFT DWN. THE OVERDRIVE IS A GAS!.......I SLAY MYSELF.

rev is left and down, 1st up, 2nd down, 3rd right then up, 4th right then down, if has OD farther right and up
