more like a motorcycle or a truck with a nice exhaust system.
could i make a muffler that sounds better or buy one. this is an ebay kit.

Take out part of the baffles.

Take a long drill bit and put 2-3 holes in the baffles of each exhaust. Never gonna sound like a road bike, but will be louder and deeper.

Do you really want the attention? The 80cc bicycle engine is already illegal, if it is louder, the cops will confiscate it.
I have built a bunch of these bikes, you can't make them deeper, and if you start doing dumb things (like making it louder) you won't have it long.

Make the end of it wider. This will increase sound levels dramatically. You can also remove some of the baffles from inside of the muffler if you want to go into some minor fabrication work.

There's no way a small engine is going to sound like a big one. That's just physics.
A straight pipe will make it louder, but it will always be a ringy-dingy kind of noise.

Take off the baffle it works i did it with mine.
