What gives the sauce its extra kick to spice up your slab of meat? Does generic or mediocre ways of application get the job done the same as paying that extra dollar or two? Does this say anything about your personality?

I personally mix mine with Heinz 57 for that best of both worlds feel and drown my steak in it =]
