You should be learning to act by being in plays. You should take some classes--you should be building a resume. There are no auditions for you to find until you are ready to compete with the best actors in the world. If you are under 18 you should be convincing your parents that you should see a career as an actor. If you are over 18 you should be getting a job to support yourself while building your resume. well first you need to get an agent if you want to start auditioning before approaching an agent you need to have a picture (not necessarily a professional head shot) and you need a resume (just type up what you have done so far). make sure the agent is "real".
if any of the following happens dont sign with them:
-they ask for money
-they tell you you need head shots before signing with them
-they tell you to lose weight or something critical

All agents will take you for who you are and they will want you or they wont. if you book a deal and make money so will they, so they are only going to sign you if they think you are marketable. if that's to much for you, you can always just look for local auditions in the paper.
good luck
