if you're looking for bargains then definitely the premium outlets
but the meadows mall has alot of sales too

I don't really know.. my mom's friend lives in Vegas and she said the Premium Outlets are great and I can find cheap stuff there. I went to Fashion Show Mall and everything was so expensive!
