You also need the Cloudy Mirror, and to complete a small quest in the Macalania Woods to convert the Cloudy Mirror into the Celestial Mirror. Then, at the same location you do that conversion, you can upgrade the Celectial weapons.

There is a jumbo blue plant in macalnea (the crystal forest, probably spelled wrong.)

From where you fought the big blob of water (sefimorth I think) go back a screen and look for a path of light, it will take you above the forest to the plant.

There is another path but I can't remember where it is.

There is a massive blue flower somewhere in the crystal forest (I forget where exactly) Examine that with Yuna in your party
