I signed up for MLB jobs, but haven't opened up any of the emails in a while.
I used to do the next best thing - worked as a vendor, a concessionaire and a usher for both the Cardinals and the Reds over a 15 year career.

There is always a work session at the winter meetings in December for people who have an interest in working in baseball. A book was written about it a while ago, in fact (forget the title, naturally; Jerry Crasnick was the author, I think"?).
The hours are long and the pay is low in the minor leagues, and there isn't much glamour in it. So be forewarned. And the odds are against you moving up to the majors.

MLB.com has a free service that you can sign up for e-mail alerts on job openings for clubs. Internships or summer employment are also great ways of getting experience. And, like a minor-league player coming up through the various classes, many people who are employed by MLB teams started with minor-league franchises.

If you go to www.mlb.com, there is a link on the page at the very bottom that says "job opportunities" click there and select what you're looking for for a job.
