The X1950 Pro is slightly better, I would go with it. Now I have to tell you, please do not pay that much for that card, it grossly overpriced. Here is the X1950Pro:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102075 but with 512MB of RAM, and from a better manufacturer (Sapphire is better than Visiontek).

Check the interactive charts below to see the common cards in various games and tasks, you will be able to see what differences there are in various games and so on, some cards are better at some things and worse at others

The charts should give ya a good idea, there's charts for older cards and cpu's as well
