Get a hotel room, buy a bugbomb for every big room in the house - bedrooms, living room, etc. -, set them off and enjoy a night out. Best way to do it.

fleas are such a pain to get rid of. we had a problem recently and we had to take a lot of steps to get rid of them. first we flooded our yard (fleas drown easily), then sprinkled 20 mule borax all over the yard and around the outside perimeter of the house. we bombed (which you have to do again a week or so after your first bomb in order to kill the newly hatched). we have hardwood floors thru most of the house, but made sure to vacuum all rugs and carpets every day. put salt in your vacuum bag (fleas hate salt) then throw it out immediately. you can also use cedar chips to make a perimeter around your house. try putting cedar chips under your bed and in the dresser drawers. you can use a flea spray on upholstery to kill fleas and eggs. another trick is to take a night light with a green bulb and place a pie pan of water underneath it witha tablespoon of dish liquid in it. fleas are attracted to green light for some reason and will jump towards it. they'll fall in the pan and drown. fleas can jump up to 4 feet so you should be able to cath quite a few. so far we've been able to elimite most fleas and several other bugs this way. it's a lot of work but surely worth it. good luck!

If we have fleas in my house we always take a butter bowl about 1/3 full of water and add a little bit of vegitable oil or dish soap to the water and then place it directly under a night lite. These work best if the night lite is the only lite in the area and you can place these in several locations over your house. The fleas are attracted to the lite and jump toward it then end up in the water and the vegitable oil or dish soap prevents them from jumping back out of the water. Hope this helps.

Fleas don't need an ANIMAL to live in your home, all they need is a source of food(blood) and a dry home. Since you still have fleas in your home, they are likely living off human blood. Bomb the house again and make sure you get a guarantee from the company.

You need to put flea powder on the furniture, the carpet, and leave it there for at least 24 hours. Put sheets on the furniture to sit on it. vacumn the rugs very well. The flea powder will kill the fleas, and any eggs that you vacumn will hatch right into the powder and die. If you can leave the powder on longer, it will work better. It isn't very pretty, but it is better than having fleas.

sounds like you did not use enough bombs/foggers. I would also suggest setting some under your house as well. Many years ago we had a terrible time with fleas, and ended up bombing the house twice, but the second time we put some under the house as well. You may also need to put out pesticide a few feet around the perimeter of your house.

If your prior efforts have failed to get rid of the fleas, you probably need to call an exterminator. Those fleas can get into closets, curtains, carpets and all over the place and they multiply like crazy.

Read the directions and see how often it says to bomb. You usually have to do it twice because of the hatching eggs. Also, are you sure they aren't getting them outside? If the animals were in the yard you could have fleas out there.
