I will be in vegas the week of Nov 12-18. Will Prince be performing that weekend?

You can always check out the Prince impersonation band Purple Reign. They play at various locations two of which are The House of Blues in Mandalay Bay and the Monte Carlo Hotel. Apparently they are very good. I always seem to miss them somehow when i go to Vegas. I know it's not the real thing - I am a tried and true Prince Fan!! But it can't hurt.
