Typing in all caps is rude because it's hard to read.
I usually ignore all such questions.
Plenty of polite folks here to work with.

Actually I will not read it at all if the question is not asked by me. If it is me who asked the question, I will read it though I really don't want to.
Writing in capitals is rude and is quite difficult to read.

I really dont like that and tend to not even pick them. I thought all capitals was not really desirable on here.

(that's a yes). What I don't get is why people have to be so obnoxious. If they do it just to do it, it makes you wonder if they know that you perceive it as craziness. If they think of shouting too, then you still have to wonder... why?

Yep, it's just plain rude. Or the caps keys stuck.....Ha, where I work, people get told off for it, because it's SHOUTING.

Not really, I just put it down to laziness of lack of education. It doesn't bother me nearly as much as 'could of' or I with a lower case i.

WELL, ONCE ON ONE OF MY ADVENTURES, I WAS TRAPPED BY A BUG-EYED CREATURE INSIDE A BOOK, AND THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET OUT WAS BY CONVERTING ALL THE TEXT TO CAPS, WHICH CAUSED IT TO OVER-RUN THE PAGES AND SPILL ME OUT OF THE BOOK.
BTW, THE CREATURE LIVED ON NEURAL ENERGY AND WAS TRYING TO TAKE OVER THE EARTH ON EASTER.
