ButterBall

I'm not sure if it really is the turkey but more so the cooking method...I have no idea what kind of turkey I get But I do know, I brine it the night before and when I cook it, I use a thermometer, and I DO NOT open the oven...this only dries it out. Look around for recipes...also, Alton Brown has a good technique for cooking the turkey. Butterball might be good but if you don't cook it right it won't matter what kind you get.

I'm gonna stand alone and say an hormone free young turkey. You can brine it the night before and it creates the best tasting turkey I have ever had. We've been doing it this way for 7 years and will never go back. Check out my Thanksgiving blog for more tips http://www.thanksgivingmenu.blogspot.com

I like Butterballs, but Honeysuckle White is equally good, if not in some cases a bit better.

Gotta go with the majority and say Butterball.

butterball::::my best turkey I marinated in Goya Mojo in a glass bottle (usually in the ethnic isle) coated in olive oil and placed in one of those baking bags...so juicy and yummy and not an overwhelming flavor so everyone enjoyed it.

get a butterball
cook it slowly overnight breast down so all the flavor goes to the breast meat and it doesnt come out all dry and yucky

Always choose Butterball....baked, fried, or steamed...it's the best! You'll never be disappointed.
