i havent taken any music classes in high school and i dont have quite enough money to attend, is there anyway i can still get in?

You might start by getting the name right - it's Berklee College of Music. Even if you haven't taken music classes, if you have mastered an instrument, you probably have a chance. But the admission process includes an audition, so you really do need to be able to play. If you don't have the money, financial aid is always available for there (or any other school). It's a great place for musicians, so go for it.
