Do you think it is helpful, or not? Useful, or not? Also, what is your opinion of the color coding for the advisory system?

I think it's too complicated. They should have just borrowed the alert system that was already in place in the military. Only four levels from A (Alfa) to D (Delta). Level Delta would be the most perilous level.
Even with that, however, I doubt it would do much to dislodge the members' heads in the Ostrich Society from their preferred place in the sand.

its about as useful as a dry suit to a frog. It is so convoluted and cumbersome that it could only be a product of a comittee. One person could not possibly screw something up that bad.
