Any and all Republicans. They want to take away the rights of states. States have the rights to have laws of their own. Like Oregon. They did not want the government to allow llights to see what is going on in a private person's home. However, George Bush decided NO! He needed to have special lights to see why certain people were using more electricity. Growing pot? Nobody's business!!!!!!!!!!!!
