i i just set up my wireless network and on my desktop i tried to download some songs and it just goes to another page and won't initialize the download (the site was downloads.com) i was trying to download frostwire

Try this, right click on the download item you want, then click on SAVE TARGET AS, a box will come up where you want to direct your download to go, choose a file that you want it to go, then click OK, then another dialog box should show up, this is the download box and show you the size of the item being downloaded the time it takes to download and most importantly, the speed of the download.

Did you allow ActiveX Control and pop-ups from this site?

maybe you just can't download it. Try re-downloading it again to see.
