Scientists recently unearthed a dinosaur in Argentina that was 113 feet in total length, (just ONE neck vertebrae was over THREE FEET in length!) from head to tail but he was a herbivore; as far as biggest and baddest, on land T Rex; in the sea, Charcarodon Carcharius, about 60 feet or more and thousands of pounds; there is a photo of several grown men standing up in the jaws of the beast, amazing..

Perhaps spinosaurus was larger but I think tyrannosaurus rex had larger jaws and bigger teeth.
Actually megalodon is not technically a dinosaur. It went extinct only a few million years ago and if you use the standard definition like on yahoo dictionary for example is is not a reptile that died out 65 million years ago. It is prehistoric though.
Here's their definition:
"Any of various extinct, often gigantic, carnivorous or herbivorous reptiles of the orders Saurischia and Ornithischia that were chiefly terrestrial and existed during the Mesozoic Era."
So there's the word reptiles there. Believe megalodon was a fish.

evidence suggests that the T-Rex may have been a scavanger. The raptors were likely meaner.

Giganotosaur and Carcharodon were as big or bigger than Tyrannosaur. I have a video about this. Daipleurodon in the sea was bigger and meaner than any reptile on land.
