You won't get charged, usually programs either restrict your use or turn off completely, It's not like AOL or ISPs.

You can remove the program like any other program by just going to the control panel and remove dreamweaver.

You will not get charged, I downloaded Dreamweaver, it was great!
All you have to do is remove it from your computer, Usally if you have windows XP just follow these instructions:
Click your start button
Go to your Control Panel
Click Add or remove programs
Find Dreamweaver and click the Remove button on the right side.

You won't get charged unless you entered a credit card number. Just go to Control Panel >>> Add/Remove Programs >>> Dreamweaver >>> Change or Uninstall

Go to My Computer and open the hard drive. Look through the programs until you come to 'systems files' ... go into that and you should find a Dreamweaver file. Open that and it should have an 'uninstall' on it. Click on that, and follow the directions, and it should uninstall ALL of Dreamweaver.
