i always have this reeaally bad sadness inside that i dont know what it is or what caused it, but i hate it...its like every single day im always crying and i know there tears of sadness bcuz i have such a depressed feeling. Is this normal? and what can i do about it?

not normal and you don't have to go on like that..try talk therapy or your dr for meds/advise

Hmm... you sound sad just writing this.. it's kinda making me sad to see you like this... aright.. lets see though.. first of all let me tell you something..there is.. ALWAYS.. a way around everything... ok ?

K.. now i don't personally know alot about you.. but i'm gonna try my very best to help you out... :)... k.. first of all... you have to find a way... to take out this depression.. and DEAL with it.. the longer you keep it inside and dont discuss it.. whether with another person or even pen and paper... you will face this for as long as you can remember.

Depression is such a thing that... it can bring someone from everything down to nothing... and it all exists in your head... think about it.
I need you to do a few things that might help you improve your situation... first of all.. i want you to try to dig through yourself .. deep.. and try to find ANYTHING that might even come close to causing this...it could be a guilt about something you might have forgotten about... and if that doesnt work out... take things one step at a time.. you have your whole life ahead of you...

Find something that interests you... keep yourself busy... dont let your mind be alone for even a second.. cuz the second your free / lonely... that's when you start thinking bout stupid things and i guess in your case.. making you cry.
Know that nothing is worth your tears ... nothing :)... and there is soo much more to life... so feel it ... dont let depression take you over... be strong... fight the fight.

And it's definitely not ABNORMAL.. and as i said.. it could maybe all just be in your head... so you need to just lay out some ground rules and work upon them... what you can do about it.. is go out more.. have a positive attitude... and try this one thing... When you wake up every morning... first thing i want you to do is... sit up.. and ask your self.. ask yourself if your happy... and what in life you are greatful for... and this will slowly help you realize the importance of life.. and its positive things...

I have gone through this few yrs back. But then I changed myself. I told myself one day that I have my own identity, there are many people in this world who wants to live a lief like me.Then why am i Sad? I try to convince myself as if im my own teacher. I imagine as if few people are in my room or someone especial is around, may be on the sofa, and m talking to them. not loudly. And then I feel relaxed, all my sadness fades away.

And sometimes I just think and think about the sadness and then it all gets normal.. and later on I realized that getting sad, may be for no reason, has become my habit now. SO lets defeat this habit.

Take it as a challenge :)

Your probably falling into a depression hun, but don't feel bad, because millions of people suffer from it, you could tell your parent/parents, and go see a therapist and he/she can prescribe you some medications to help with your sadness, everything will be ok so don't worry hun <3 cheerup buttercup :D gl <3

while not nice or fun, depression is real and an everyday thing in many peoples lives. to try to find real and lasting relief, do small but pleasing things for yourself to make yourself feel better. whether thats giving yourself or your house a mini makeover, try to do something refreshing. fresh flowers, a book to distract you, a new cd of your favorite music, etc

For a depressed people, it's normal. I think you're depressed. There's medication you can take to help. Go to a doctor ASAP.
