I feel like this might be the answer to the riddle of the universe. Bleach keeps white stuff white. Detergent gets clothes clean. So?!?!

Bleach for colors contains an oxidizing agent that breaks down the source of a stain, while not breaking down the molecular structure of the dyes in clothes. Chlorine bleach is basically a solvent that interacts chemically with a lot more other chemicals, including the pigment in the dyes used for making colored cloth.

It gets out stains and brightens your clothes. It really is a good thing. Give it a try.

It is expensive. That's what it is. You can use straight detergent on spots and stains and cool water instead.

it doesnt take the color out of your clothes but it still cleans good and gets the stains out =]
