You dont need to excuse yourself, masturbation is harmless. Dont let anyone tell you its sinful or naughty, its perfectly normal. Good for stress too.

I have been caught several times but I dont care. I usually say "Take a picture & get out, im a busy man" before going back to my fun.

Masturbating is normal. My dad used to say, "there are two type of men: Those who masturbate, and those who lie about it."
I'd say it is the same for the majority of women, too.
Hey, like the saying goes, "If it feels good, do it."
If I got caught, I'd be embarrassed, but I'd get over it. Believe me when I tell you the person who does the "catching" is equally embarrassed. Just go on like nothing happened.
