That is extremely skinny, even for a waist. The so-called perfect womans figure is 36-24-36. So 22 1/5 inches wouldn't even support child birth........

please take a picture and give us a link to the picture...before we can answer, it would help if we can see. All human frames are different, and what might be oversize on one frame, is perfect on another. It does NOT just goes by size.
