Will she be post menopause? Or will she (and us AND the rest of the world) still be victim to her hormonal rollercoaster? Have I offended enough women yet? Will she be able to keep her pants zipped? Will she do the cigar trick? Shall I keep going?
Seriously, Geraldine Ferraro tried and failed.
I don't really care what the sex is, I'm more concerned with whether or not they can think objectively, how well they listen, with whom do they surround themselves, etc...

I don't care about race, gender or anything besides if whoever our next president is is a good, capable leader. That being said, I don't believe that Clinton or Obama will be good presidents. As evidenced by my earlier statements, I don't think this is based on exterior characteristics, its just I don't think they are experienced enough, and they subscribe to failed economic policies.

the right one, but whether the canidate is a woman, black, or any of the other superficial things that come up , it should be what they are going to do the better our country, and if they follow through with what they say. It's all just a big Clusterf@#k, one person, no matter who it is, won't change all the things wrong with our government.

Right now I would say no. However, if Hillary can break the boundary that women can't be President, it would open the flood-gates for women in the future to be considered serious candidates; which is a good thing not just for women, but for America as a whole.

Never.
A President who happened to be female would be a great thing.
The emphasis is very important.
I have no interest in a "Christian President", a "Black President", a "White President", a "woman President".
I want a President who represents ALL of us. What else they happen to be is besides the point.

I think it could lead to problems. Many other countries have different views for the roles of women. Having a female president could make some countries lose respect for us, leading to problems down the road.

Why not? I think its sad that we haven't had a female president yet when so many other countries have had very successful women leaders. It is kind of embarrassing as Liberal Democracy that we discriminate against women leaders. I think it would great to give a female a chance as long as they have the right policies for our country because the most important thing is to vote for someone who will be able to do what the country needs.

It would be neither a good or, bad thing and to think otherwise is only sexist.
Gender is the last reason to support a candidate, ever, under any circumstances.

Condi might be pretty good...
Why *not* make the first Black President a Woman?

hillary is kind of like a man. It probably depends on how much women try to use this opportunity to become the dominant sex. IF hillary and Oprah become friends then you should start to worry.
