most people would call that cheating (me included), if you are in any kind of a relationship, you and your partner need to trust each other....like in marriage, only your partner is granted to pleasure you sexually. this includes intercourse, hand-jobs, blow-jobs and what have you. you go past these rules...we call it cheating. so just get a kiss and leave it there. let your partner finish the rest once you get home.

oh please, what do you think? Anything you do that you have to hide from your spouse because you know it would upset them should be considered cheating.....let me ask you this, if your wife went to Las Vegas and hooked up with a guy and he pleasured your wife using just his hands, would you consider that cheating?

what would ur wife say?each person has a different definition of cheating,if u can honestly say she wouldn't mind then it's not cheating.personally i find lieing the worst kind of cheating.think about it some one trusts u and u r not tell the truth.besides do u know how many diseases people have?unless u are going to a licensed whore house in Nevada there could be lots of diseases to catch.at least the girls in the houses are checked every 2 weeks for diseases.

Yes! Of course it is!!! Cheating is kissing & anything resembling sex.
Maybe try harder in your marriage - why don't you take your wife to Vegas, it could be more fun than you think and might be exactly what your marriage needed to spice things up!!!

Everyone defines cheating in a different way. A good rule of thumb is, if you could tell your wife about it and she wouldn't get mad then its not cheating. But if its a sexual act they you hide from your wife because you know she will kill you then yes its cheating. In my opinion, yes a handjob is considered cheating.
