Are there daytrips to the Grand Canyon that leave from Scottsdale or Phoenix? I am there for two weeks working and would like to take a trip to see it over the weekend.

I work at a resort in the Phoenix area and we always recommend Open Road Tours to guests interested in day or overnight excursions to the Grand Canyon. They offer a Grand Canyon tour that leaves everyday and they pickup from most hotels/resorts in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area. On their tour to the Canyon they also stop in Sedona and the Navajo Indian Reservation, so it's a good way to see all of Arizona. Here's their web site: www.openroadtours.com

Shuttle from PHX airport to william $65( round trip)
and take grand canyon train $65 or 2 day 1 night package $149

the drive is only a couple hours..rental car/ if using Bus service use greyline tours leaves from most hotels ask them.
book early they tend to fillup..
