I know I am, I want everything perfect. After all, you only get married once

No, I'm probably the opposite. Try to make the day nice, but really it should be about who you're marrying and who you love, not if the exact colour of flowers matches your shoes, etc. Those details won't matter in 50 years. Plus you don't want to drive your fiance nuts just before you get married.

Yes, I was. It had to be perfect and I spent so much time doing that, that I didn't really get to enjoy my wedding.

I'm getting a divorce now and I feel like it was all for nothing. It's a wedding, not a show for other people.

i was just a flake. no point in everything being perfect. sometimes, the unforeseen incidences are what make good stories later on in life. don't worry so much about perfection. you'll be worn out by the time the day comes. no one likes a b*tchy bride.

Do you want friends or do you want to be the ultimate b*tch because you put too much time into one day? There is ZERO excuse for being a Bridezilla all in the name of perfection. It's selfish, unrealistic, and just not worth losing friends over.

I was never a Bridezilla. I was the complete opposite and am so thankful for it.

Make your marriage more important than the wedding.

About the wedding -- just a word of advice -- decide on somethings that aren't that important to you and don't stress over those.

Relax. If you strive for nothing but perfection, you will always be disappointed.

Remember to enjoy yourself. Like you said, you only get to do this once.

Good luck.

I was the farthest thing from a bridezilla and I had the best wedding. Happy memories.

No, I respect my friends and family and they respect me. My wedding was beautiful and just as I imagined it.

There is no need to be hateful to anyone....you only have them once.
