I stand on my own two feet, work, pay my bills and take care of my son. Not only am I a WOMAN, but I am one HELL OF A WOMAN. I hope the rest of you ladies can identify. :)

I was nine years old. My mother was an alcoholic, and I had to 'countersign' her checks for them to be cashed, because otherwise she would have spent every penny on her alcohol. I'm more a 'girl' now at 57 than I was when I was a child, thanks to my very understanding husband, who also needs time to be a 'child' ... we take turns sometimes, and others we are kids together and just play.
