When you are mentally, financially, and emotionally ready, and you know in your heart that you have found the person you want to be with the rest of your life.

You should be secure in who you are, be financially, mentally, and spiritually secure. If you think you and your significant other are considering marriage get counseling before marriage. Talk to couples that have been married for years that you trust. Woman to woman and man to man. Marriage is hard hard work and not to be taken lightly. Speaking to older couples may help you you get some understanding on the up downs highs and lows. Personally I had no clue and that has ultimately led to the demise of my marriage to the point there seems to be no repair. I think if you start off with the blinders off you have a better chance at a successful marriage. Make sure that you are at a place in your life where you are willing and to put in the work a marriage requires other wise you are not ready.

If you have to ask when the right time to get married is, then you're not ready. It will hit you and you will be like we have to o this. I need this person to be only mine for the rest of our lives.

when u dont have to ask!!! u just know...maybe its never..
ask yourself..how long have we been together?..do i love him/her..?..and do i want to spend the next 60 years waking up beside the same person EVERYDAY!!! if the answer is more then 5 years and your an adlult over the age of 25...you love the other person just as much as u love yourself...and dont mind the same ol face for the REST of ur life then yea..get married..
