Everything old is eventually new again.
There were names I wanted to stay far away from when I had kids. I.E. Gertrude for a girl - but today a little "Gerdy" would be adorable.
With creativity you can use any name that you want and have it be age appropriate. All the names you listed are nice and I love the idea of a Frank who is called Frankie when little. If I had to choose just one of your girl names, I'd go with Claire - but like I said they are all pretty names.

Ook, from a Italian family myself, I'll give you some of the names from my family if it helps out for the Italian request.
Girls:
Philomina
Amelia
Isabella / Bella
Mia
Adrianna
Alessandra (if you roll the 's' it sounds lovely)
But you weren't asking for THOSE...
Boys:
Joseph
Giovanni
Donato
Dante
Angelo
Dominic
Tomaso
Vinceto
Marco (my sons name)
For Frank, I never to be honest like the English version, I like Franco, which is distinguished in my opinion which you could use the nickname that you like of Frankie. Frank seems awfully stiff to me for a child, then when they get older I think of a cranky man. However, I have always loved the name Vincent myself, and I like to keep family names. For your picks for the girls name, I love Claire! I always thought that was a strong name for a girl, then again, I know 2 Claires and both are remarkable women, I think that is in the name.
I wish I had more for you, so good luck with the name hunt and congrats on the baby on the way, your first two have lovely names, I know you will give the third a great one as well :)

Looking at the name Frank now, I think it's cute, but thinking about the future, you're right..it is a little grandpaish. I really really like your Claira, I must say I've never heard it before. It is original to an extend where it doesn't just sound silly. I do like Vincent though, Vince for short I'm assuming. Can't you hear it now, Anthony, Nina and baby Vince? Or Anthony, Nina and Claira? I love those two. Good luck with the new baby, hope this helped! :)

I like Frank -- it's suitable for any agegroup, but you don't hear it often anymore. I'd give him a more formal first name, like Francis, and use Frank as a nickname.
For a girl I love Tessa Claire.

I like that you are using names linked to your ethnicity, I think your kids names are great. Maybe something a little no so common would be cool.
boys- Gianluca, Bernardo, Dante, Enzo,Marco
girls- Isabella, Mimi, Vittoria, Phebe
Claire is cute but Claira(Clara) sounds like an old lady.

Frankie is wonderful. Who cares what others think as long as you like it. Tessa's beautiful. Isabelle also beautiful. Can be pronounced either way. Bell is a wonderful nickname and it means beautiful.
