If it possible to love me if you LOST respect for me?

I have to respect someone before I can love them .... and maintain that respect to stay in love with them .......... That's the main reason I split with my fiancee .... I lost all respect for her because of her actions

The way I would tell you would be obvious. I mean I wouldn't just blurt it outright in your face but you would definitely notice a decrease in attention and communication. This would be a decent way for a guy trying to hint you that this is over. I wouldn't be mean or rude (unless you outright demand to know if I am cheating on you or not).
As for respect, love is not possible without respect. If I do not respect you, there is no way that I can love you.

It's impossible to love you is there is no respect for you. It is inhuman though to let you know the respect is no longer there unless it gets irreconcilable.
Feelings are feelings, they come without any explanation, they go without any explanation too.
If love and respect is no longer there, then you have to know, but I will break it to you gently by telling you it was good while it lasted.

Did you ask if there was a reason? Was there something you said, or did to have them lose respect, or did this come out of the blue? You have to give more info if you want a real answer.

Is it possible to love someone after you have lost respect for them, I would say doubtful.
