None of those. Like a caveman I use my hands to lather up and rinse off. :)

Usually a bath mit - but I also use a loofah & wash cloth.. Just depends on what's available at the time I feel like lathering up

I would take showers more than I would take a bath because everything you clean off your body is still in the water and can into other...personal parts and could maybe cause infection. I prefer gel washes over soap unless you use a soap dish that has an opening at the bottom to dry it completely, soap too carries bacteria. I hope this was helpful.
