Is it true that you dream of things your worried about??

I've been wondering that for the longest time....

But of course, really its more center around helping you to confront certain feelings that were avoided during the waking hours, in hopes (atleast in my view) of strength us thru understanding.... Its easier within the context of a dream because its unaviodable for one, and two its a more intense, but with less concequences.....
