I think the answer you are looking for is 3-phosphoglycerate and glyceraldyhyde 3-phosphate, respectively. 3-phosphoglycerate goes from glycolysis to the calvin cycle, where it can be transformed into glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate and shuttled back into glycolysis.

Glycolysis leads to the citric acid cycle, not the Calvin cycle (Calvin cycle is the second set of reactions in photosynthesis.)

Pyruvate or pyruvic acid is the produce of glycolysis. It undergoes a brief transition before the citric acid cycle.

Entry back into glycolysis? I don't understand what you need for this question.
