I hear alot of good things from that place. how friendly and educated They are because their education is little to nothing on tuition. I would like to visit.

It's a great place. Unfortunately people always associate it with weed, but it has a lot of other great things.
Yes, the people are friendly and educated. Their compulsory education goes until age 18.

The Dutch are educated, hard-working, interested in and appreciative of the arts and sciences, and great explorers. They are very efficient and excellent at business. They are also marvellous at learning other languages, most Dutch I know speak at least 1 other language to a very high standard.
