I usually don't ahve a tough time writing, because I write stories all the time, but I'm stuck please help!!!!
It can be fiction or nonfiction it must have setting, characters, conflict, climax and resolution.

Write about the mice taking over the family home of a cat, while the family is on vaca. Make them through a party or something, and have a problem arise that must get solved before the cat & family come home...

well your subjects are not about cats at all . The areas are vast. Can you not think about something that has occurred in your life. You must've come across a lot of catty remarks which can devastate people. And when the cats away the mice will play . that happens often with partners in marriage etc when one is out of sight and the other one plays up.

Ahh! Writer's block can be such a pain. I majored in writing at University, and I know the feeling. However, I can tell you that regardless of the urgency of the task - and no matter what level you're writing at - you will gain NO satisfaction from getting your story ideas from somebody else. At the time it might seem to be the simple solution, but later on down the road you will regret it. I've never done it for that very reason. What I CAN tell you, is that it's best not to panic. I've always found the best way to come up with a plan for my story was to simply sit back and daydream. Lay down on a couch somewhere, or sit down outside and just think. Get inspiration from whatever is going on around you; People walking by, issues going on in your home life, or your community, the music you listen to, or even from the dreams you have at night. Eventually you'll come up with something, and it will be yours alone. That's always something to be proud of. Good luck!

Apparently it's a cat theme, right? You could be very literal with the idioms using animals as characters. Or you could use "Don't be Catty" and right a home-town version of the move "Mean Girls." Use your home verision of "the plastics" and so on.

Sorry, but I won't let the cat out of the bag here. If that's being catty. so be it. Like you said, curiosity killed the cat so don't be curious on this web site. We "kitties" are not going to play while you are away, so please get down to it and do your homework.
