There have been several conditions identified that are associated with right brain dominance ie: autism, asperger's syndrome and lots of literature/studies on the bearing it has on people's lives/character/personality/abilities. But are there any disorder's in direct opposition to Right B dom condition's like asperger's that concern the person being LEFT brain dominant? Are they as serious as the previous mentioned? Are they just as common? I have heard nothing at all about people with a medical problem of being left brain dominant.

Which side of the brain is dominant has no direct correlation to the predisposition of any disorder of any kind. Those disorders are chemically related and have to do with chromosomes not forming properly. Nothing makes those things happen to people, they are born like that. Once it is discovered, all that can be done to assist the child in living as comfortable a life as possible, is, but once it sets in, it can not be reversed. And, it can not be predicted who will have these afflictions, it is random, hereditary, etc.
