Depends in what I am in the mood for Chocolate mouse and Blueberry Cheesecake are my favorites.

Just so happens that I have a pound cake recipe that I have been making for years that takes 1 pound of butter and 10 eggs.
We're not even going to talk about my cheesecakes.
