Ok ... If I take a job, I have loyalty and I will suck it up and work it for them. If this is a regular thing, then it best be a good job or I will be looking for another. I will give notice and I think of them first ....
I don't like working my days off, or when not scheduled... However shad'it does happen and so what goes around comes around and if it's a good job they will see you are will to go above and beyound and will find a better place for you. If they don't do something for you and just expect it all the time... I hope the pay is damb good ...

I don't ever have to work on my day off again. I am retired. But in the days that I did work, I would get tapped same as My colleagues and had to work on my day off at least once or twice every few weeks.

I'm a nurse, and there is such a shortage of nurses, I seem to always be working on my day off....!!!!!
