Okay. I am on Ortho tricyclen lo and I missed 2 pills 2x this month but the doctor said just to take the 2 and continue on as I would. I was due to start my period this last Saturday but haven’t started yet. I feel kinda bloated, really tired, nauseous, and my breast hurts. The last time I felt like this I was pregnant but ended up losing my twins. Could I be pregnant again? I haven’t tested yet but I’m not sure what my chances are of getting pregnant when missing pills. Please help.

You could be pregnant but I doubt it. The symptoms that you are having are typically the ones women get when they miss their pills. It messes up your hormones and confuses your body which causes a delay in your period. You can take a pregnancy test and if it is negative continue your pills and your body will even out. If it is positive you should consult your doctor. Good Luck!

If you've had sex, you could be pregnant.
