1.) (-8x)^2 (-x^3)
= 64 x^2 -x^3

2.) -3/7(-w^2)(7w^2)
= 3w^4 {Note that w^2*w^2 = w^4, the two 7's cancel, and the two minuses make a plus}

3.) 4w^2 -w(2w-3)
= 4w^2 -2W^2 +3w
= 2w^2 +3w

Note: It is standard to use ^ to mean exponent follows
