i heard that my manager in vocational school said that i will get hired right away if i submit the application the next day after school, say like i got the application fillout wednesday and submit it in the next day

tell your manager that he needs to live in the real world for a while instead of hiding in the school system. That is completely untrue

That person cant possibly say such a thing. It doesn't work like that. The company has to see if your qualified for the job. Plus there are others applying for the job and they might have more experience and are better qualified. Not to mention your availability, if the hours you put down doesn't match what they need then they will not hire you and find someone whose hours does match.

No, it depends on a lot different things. Like what Rite Aid is looking for. Your availability has to match what they want. Your qualifications have to match their needs. You have to be better than other applicants.

Not necessarily. If they are looking for someone to hire, and you look like the best candidate of the people who apply, you will.

yes, rite aid has many different types of jobs. stock,cashier,photo area and pharmacy.
hours after school, monday to sunday.
