And i seriously didnt do anything this is just ridiculous. Does anyone know the sentencing? And how I can fight this?

Child abuse is a broad term and you don't tell us any of the details of the alleged crime. We can't tell what you are charged with, so it is impossible to tell you anything about the sentencing.

I just read a previous question of yours..how exactly did your child get multiple broken bones? Was she in anyone elses care? Are they looking at all those who she had contact with? Since she is your child living with you of course they are going to suspect you of doing it. And they have to take your child away with that kind of report. If you did nothing wrong you have nothing to fear. Just get a lawer..I hope to God you being her father didn't do anything to hurt her.

What did you do? Or what is the accusation? Any witnesses, just the child's word? Talk to your lawyer.
